Manila Dormitory DORMUS is fully operational and is now accepting reservations for academic schoolyear 2014 to 2015. DORMUS is also accepting short term leases for board and bar reviewees.
DORMUS PRESENT BEDSPACE RENTS:
Rates listed are per Bedspace per Month. DORMUS is a shared-accomodations facility and has only three-to-a-room and Four-to-a-Room Deluxe and Premier Rooms. But residents can rent the whole room to themselves and pay for the other bedspaces.
Rates are exclusive of utility bills. Rooms have individual MERALCO electric meters at residential rates and sub-metered water at commercial rates. There are no association or community fees. Rates are inclusive of VAT.
