There are several room possibilities at Thomasian Residences. We can quickly change rooms to solo, double, triple, and quad-sharing occupancy since our rooms have bespoke beds. Our rooms feature high ceilings that provide the impression of more area. Air conditioner, beds, personal cabinets, and study tables are all included in the rent of each room.

A limited number of rooms have a shower area segregated from the toilet and lavatory. These areas can be used by three people at once.

We offer several distinct benefits over other apartment complexes and dormitories. Every room is solely charged for its real electricity and water usage, which is something we have over other apartments and residences. Each room has its own water meter, as well as its own Meralco bill.
